  Best location to the airpot and the manager was very helpful in deducting cost of cab ride shuttle was not available. Hotel room was clean, the price was reasonable and the front desk staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable, the elevator was very HOT and the free continental breakfast was a real plus.

  The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken and t properly cleaned pool towels were very old.

  Location to the airport is great and because the hotel is near Highway71. Exceptional service and concern for guests to make travel connections.

  Price is on the high side for us and the closed breakfast down early on a Saturday morning.

  Location was great, my stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel, the staff were pleasant & very accommodating. The bed was comfortable, the buffet breakfast was also good.

  Elevators were sweltering hot and the toilet seat was old. Manager was extremely rude, not happy that the pool was closed.

  Good location, staff were great Almost nothing within walking distance Rooms are adequate and the other hotels near the airport are near restaurants is more ideal.

  The location was perfect as we had an early flight from Austin and the staff were very knowledgeable. My room was neat, continental breakfast had a good variety of food.

  Better in many ways than the usually more expensive hotel that i stayed in the following evening, elevators were cool and the toilet was stained up. Pool was slimy and dirty.

  We liked the location and the friendly staff, nice enough hotel, good price. The room was clean, the breakfast ladies were awesome.

  The front desk clerk was rude, the facilities including the elevators were dirty, smelly.

  Best accommodation for the best price at the airport, good value for money and a reasonable rate. The staff wa svery friendly, large tv and cheap bars. The breakfast was excellent.

  Fine room at good price very near hotel, friendly staff and just looking for a clean bed.

  Bad location, no newspapers available and new sheets. Breakfast bar closed early on a sunday.

  Limited public trancportation to Austin City Center and dirty place. Poor mattresses, half filled coffee cups sitting on desks.
