    This motel has a lot of potential, with nice sized rooms and great location.

    However, my room was not clean, two of the lamps did not work, the paint was stained, and the tub needed to be replaced.

    When we entered the room I noticed rat glue traps behind every piece of furniture and in the kitchenette area.

    The beds were lumpy and the AC/Heat took about 20 mins for it to start working.

    In addition rooms near lounge are a noise disaster.

    On the plus side, the price is low for Aiken and the beds were good.

    The manager at quality inn suites was very helpful and the staff was friendly.

    This hotel really has a good feeling and most importantly the staff are very pleasant.

    Quick stop stores, aiken was a great town to be in and the hotel staff were very effecient and friendly.

    We packed up and went to the front desk to see what could be done.

    I called the front desk and she brought me a can of Raid.

    The rooms are clean, nash the manager went out of his way to keep us satisfied.

    Furthermore the rooms were clean everyday upon arrival.

    Rooms were very nice and clean, their hot breakfast was also sub-standard.

    Easily one of the best hotel experiences we have had, the staff is great and the rooms are clean.

    Great room for the money and breakfast was hot and fresh.
