Well actually, our room, or should I say rooms, seemed cleaner than the other two reviewers reported, so I guess I can say TWO positive things about the place.
Our room actually looked decent, but there were things that needed repairing, such as the bathroom light switch, which had to be jiggled several times before it would come on.
And I woke up with a back ache from the bed.
Then, we started to unpack when we received a phone call saying they had mistakenly double-booked our room and we would have to move.
3 of me and my boyfriend's friends' were walked in on in the morning for room service, they didn't bother knocking!
Above average food value but at breakfast saw food scraps on the carpet that were there the previous evening.
Secure free wireless internet access was inaccessible to me and the next morning breakfast was good.
After 7 hr drv, jst wntd to eat and swim.
First, there was some confusion about our reservation, and then when we finally received our key card, it hadn't been reprogrammed, so my husband had to go back to the front desk to have that taken care of.
Professional and the hotel looked much better than had in the past, the front desk associate was kind.
My husband said that the front desk clerk didn't even bother to apologize for the fire alarm fiasco.
Would not suggest this hotel due to poor housekeeping.
The pool was supposed to be opened in the middle of May, we left on June 10th and it still wasn't open and I'm betting it still isn't open.
When we arrived, we were greeted by a newspaper stand as a make-shift doorstop and caution tape around the lobby area.
Secure free wireless internet access was inaccessible to me, the first such problem encountered in the 11 hotels/motels I have stayed in so far on this trip, with no contact information for resolving the problem.
The room itself seemed clean and the food was great.
Good steaks great service and room was clean.
