Central location, the area of the hotel was located was dirty and the staff were all helpful and freindly.

The location is very good and the hotel is centrally located and clean.

The location is pretty good, the hotel is conveniently located on the high part of city and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Convenient to metro, the staff helpful in arranging taxis and the central bridge.

Probably not the best location- we came by metro from the airport and our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable.

My room was spacious, with a balcony, a big double bed, air conditioning although this was not overly effective.

The metro is near, made us feel very welcome and quiet room - no noise from other rooms/bathrooms etc.

Two large single beds made up our double , with a large sofacouch as the third bed.

The bath toilet shower bidet area was superbly clean and the room was kept in the highest order during my 3 night stay.

Room was clean with a view over the square outside, with opening windows.

The breakfast was simple but adequate The local cuisine is excellent with lots of fish dishes.

The inclusive breakfast was fine and the reception staff were efficient and helpful (recommending a good local restaurant when we arrived late evening).

Nice breakfast area, very good value for the money and staff all very efficient.

Decent breakfast, a great choice for our visit to Porto.

We ended up parking the car in another place, where we probably paid more.

Unlimited and well presented in a very clean neat tidy and bright basement room served from 06:30 which is really good when early starts as in my case are required.
