  The outside looks nice but when you get to the room its hard to believe it has been refurbished.

  We got to our room and were disappointed as it had a foul odor and generally looked old and needed updating. This hotel may be a local hang out as the pool which should have been closed late at night (past 10-11pm) was full of people who were hanging out in and out of pool, drinking and smoking cigars. Vending machines are sparse and we had to walk thru the chaos of the pool to get to them. The breakfast provided with room is a joke and I would not even consider it in your decision. Again, the front desk provided a slow check out and unfriendly service.

  Good continental breakfast which included pre-packaged frozen sausage biscuit patties (at least they offered one meat product).

  I rented a King non-smoking at a government rate on 7/6/07. Two sinks with mirrors, one in bathroom, one outside. Room was damp, need to bring a de-humidifier if you have one. Tub/Shower drain was very slow, backed up when in use. Bathroom door dragged on floor making it loud and hard to open. Remote control for TV was only semi-functional, channel up/down and channel recall did not work.

  The motel was in a great location, easy to get around. The staff was excellent, and couldn't do enough for us.

  The beds were not comfortable, but the pillows were nice. I personally enjoy a pool with a "deep end" which is why I enjoyed this pool, which went from 3.

  The bathroom was very convenient as there were two sinks with mirrors, one inside the bathroom and one outside. Another thing to note is that there are no elevators. While the rooms are slightly dingy the lobby is very nice.

  We got as far as opening the door to the rooms when a wall of paint fumes hit us. We went back to front desk and they told us they had been doing renovations which to me is still no excuse for the condition of the rooms. We tried like 20 different rooms before we finally gave up and went somewhere else.

  front desk staff was rude when we checked in. room smelled funky even after we aired it out. toilet ran CONSTANTLY. this place is wayyy overpriced for its age to begin with, but the rude front desk staff made it seem even more ridiculous. for the price, you can do much better.

  The front lobby looks great but the rooms are not so great!

  The room was ok but the price for the room was too high. We paid $80 dollars but it was a $50 dollar room.
