Location: the hotel was just off the attached restaurant, Massena, New York, and a police station, all the security in the world. The jewel in the crown was very very nice and understanding staff. Liked our room, it was modern and nicely equipped.
The hotel staff was very unprofessional.

Great stay, as always. Fairly clean and charming place with great staff. Marvellous and unbeatable location - adjacent to chamber of commerce, Massena for a quick business trip, and the center of town. Also, in the mall. Easy check-in, parking onsite. Everything well-maintained.

Actually, the room was nicely equipped and large with a king size bed, it also had wake-up service. There were a refrigerator and a washing machine upon arrival. The location was good, in the mall.

The accommodation was very clean and had comfortable queen size beds. The hotel was fresh and clean with convenient parking. The breakfast was good and there was nice breakfast niche. Reasonably quiet despite a wedding reception downstairs. The value for the night stay was excellent.

We had a great stay! The hotel's location right beside the police station was a plus, as we felt safe and secure. The continental breakfast area had good choices and the decaf coffee was delicious. The staff were accommodating and the hotel facilities were satisfactory. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was impressive.
