Exceptionally clean hotel, liked to be short walk to eating places and shopping shops, the mall/shopping centre and the shops, supermarkets and Rotorua's many attractions thanks to absolutely perfect and stunning location. The breakfast was delicious with the pastries including the Pain au Chocolate the worst I have ever encountered, and reasonably priced. I had deluxe twin room with 2 double beds.

Thanks a lot for a real good stay for road trip. The rooms are great value with modern decor and the staff are well-trained. They offer coffee, a living room, and a kettle. It has efficient, perfect setting, adjacent to CBD and lake, a shopping center and Redwoods and Blue Lake. Fenton Street district deserves to be explored.

It's reasonably spacious hip new hotel, everything is perfect here. It is in particularly good location to Rotorua District Council, set a 4-6 minute walk from the venue.

Delicious breakfast that includes pastries, fruit and cheese. The building is very comfortable and the rooms are nice modern and beautifully maintained with microwave, comfy beds plus a walkin shower. Exceptionally clean place, I will be back.

This hotel met requests! The place was nicely appointed and had very professional staff with great customer service, loved the stay. The restaurant was good for breakfast & dinner here, I had delicious dishes. Its location was central, 500 metres from Central Mall.
