Thoroughly enjoyed my very pleasant stay for a doctor's visit. I took a queen room with bathrooms and extra seating and balcony.

The bathroom I had was old.

This beautiful and nice hotel is set in a good area. The rooms are outstanding and huge and complete with bathrooms and extra seating and balcony. Friendly service, the breakfast is satisfactory. Pool area is good, greatly enjoyed this place. The restaurant is affordable, with courteous and incredibly nice staff.

Good breakfast with good choice of choice. Excellent and amicable staff, free wake up service and ironing. Easy to get to, quiet and convenient location next to all restaurants and shopping as well as location leading to center of commerce area in Nuevo Laredo. Also, near everything.

Spacious room, everything was great. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus. I greatly enjoyed the room with balcony. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from Reform Mall.

All the staff was very amiable and excellent, solved my issues. Also, location was quiet and comfy, within a close distance from Reform Mall.

The pool was refreshing and the breakfast had a variety of options including eggs and Mexican dishes. The location was convenient with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. I had a pleasant stay at this budget-friendly hotel.

The hotel was excellent, the staff were courteous and amazingly nice. Units with balcony. Venue's location was good and excellent, on an island somewhere.

By and large, it was unique base for sightseeing in Nuevo Laredo, had much fun. The room I booked was large and huge with extra seating and balcony, for example. The place had a contemporary atmosphere. Location: the hotel was close to all restaurants, international bridge and location leading to center of commerce area in Nuevo Laredo, and center of commerce area.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

Everything was great here, and the views were particularly nice. The staff was pleasant, polite all the time. The restaurant was affordable with hot meals.

We asked for double room and it was wonderful with balcony. We had good breakfast plus good service. The staff was very friendly and excellent, as for 4-stars hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located near many attractions. We loved that we were able to easily explore the town without traveling too far. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start our days.

There was only one elevator available, which caused delays during peak times.

Location close to location leading to center of commerce area in Nuevo Laredo, all restaurants and shopping and an island somewhere. King room with extra seating, balcony and bathrooms. Good choice of goodies for breakfast.

Great staff, clean rooms, hot water, good breakfast, convenient location next to shops and restaurants.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Liked the location near shopping centers and banks. Also enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff in answering questions and giving directions. I appreciated the safety measures, such as taxis in the parking lot and feeling secure on the property.

Disliked the limited breakfast options, especially the poor quality coffee. the rooms could use some updating and the gym was in disrepair.

This hotel is fantastic! The location is perfect - right in a great area near shops and commercial services. I was impressed by the friendly staff here, they really went out of their way to take care of me. The room amenities are top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV.
