The setting was good, not far from factory which produces a lot of noise and an industrial area and Modesto. Also, spent some time by the lake, it's 900 ft of the hotel.

Marvellous and easy location, 1 mile from city center. Big size room with very comfortable bed and the aircon did n't work properly and good water pressure.

Stayed here with my sister and everything was lovely. I appreciated a decent and easy position of this smoke-free hotel. Moreover had so much fun by the lake, set 500 feet of the venue. The restaurant was good, and the staff very amiable and professional. I had a really enjoyable trip here and would be happy to recommend.

This was a very enjoyable stay for one night. Had a reasonably large and brand-new room to myself with NON SMOKING FACILITY and the TV did n't work, for example. Particularly good location and overall the staff was very amiable. Also, the property was 2 miles away from Tiki Cocktail Lounge.

I had a great stay at a hotel in Modesto recently. The room was clean and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. I especially appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room, as it allowed me to store and heat up my own food. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, although it was unsecured. The breakfast options were plentiful, and there was even a Starbucks within walking distance if I wanted something different. I would recommend this hotel for its value and amenities.

Our trip was very enjoyable, would not hesitate to return there. It was an exceptionally comfortable hotel in an industrial area, so close to factory and highway and Modesto and an industrial area.
