The location here was super convenient - you could easily walk to shopping centers and local stores. The staff were awesome, so helpful and friendly. They even gave us some great tips! 🌟

great stay at quality inn marlborough! friendly staff, spacious room, and comfortable bed made our 4-night stay enjoyable. special shoutout to the desk manager, odell ocran, for being incredibly helpful. slept well every night and loved the breakfast options, especially the tasty eggs.

Booked as business stay and was adjacent to a family who was up late and very loud. Single travelers should not be placed adjacent to families! Ever!!! Sounded like wwf match through the wall. I had a very long work day and had to be up and out by 6am for business so I was looking forward to a restful night. Instead I was kept up with the fighting and screaming in the room behind my bed. Doors slamming and banging on walks. I did not complain to staff as I was already in for the night and really didn't want to be relocated. And a 5am wake up for me allowed for payback so I guess it all ends well! New carpet rolls were in the halls and vending machine did not return change. Other than these concerns the hotel was convienient and clean.

Great location near expressways but still quiet at night. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Sonny who went above and beyond to help jumpstart my car. Clean and comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities like microwave, fridge, and flat-screen TV. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Breakfast was average, but the fresh pancakes were a pleasant surprise.

Some issues with cleanliness in the rooms, such as stained carpets and hair on sheets. Breakfast could use some improvement, particularly the salty eggs.

Truly enjoyed our weekend in this luxury hotel. Every employee we encountered was helpful. Stayed at a beautifully decorated and reasonably large room with fans and large TV, as for instance. This place was ideal for a perfect stay, cant recommend it highly enough.

We had a great Easter weekend at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable king bed and additional seating options. The TV and wifi worked well, and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, being close to major highways and a mall. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a good selection of items including pancakes, eggs, sausage, and yogurt. a great room at a reasonable price.

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. the water pressure in the shower was just okay, it could have been stronger.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, the desk manager, Odell Ocran, was wonderful and very helpful. The staff was more than helpful throughout our entire stay. The room was larger than most and had a modern decor that we really liked. The USB ports next to the beds were a convenient feature for charging our devices. The breakfast was great, with better eggs than most places. We also appreciated the constant fan option in the heating/cooling system. The hotel's location was perfect for us, being only 3 minutes away from the ice rink where we were playing hockey. It was also convenient to food and the mall.
