The place is lovely and impeccably clean, everything is very good, it should have higher than 4 star rating. The staff is very informative and efficient. The breakfast is wonderful with toast, and the service is excellent!

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel and would definitely book to stay here again. The location was great, only about a 20-minute walk from the town centre. The rooms were clean and tidy, and I especially loved the privacy they provided. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were quite spacious. The onsite facilities, including the pool and mini golf, were a great addition to my stay. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and I appreciated the half-price deal on main courses. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

One minor drawback was that the rooms were a little dated, but it didn't take away from the overall enjoyment of my stay. Additionally, the breakfast could have had a bit more variety.

We have spent 6 days in triple room with king size bed, microwave and milk, everything was very comfortable.

We had a restful stay for three nights.

Many things to mention - everything was tidy, decent food, pleasant views. Its stunning, central location was a plus. You could walk to a bakery and all the main shops. We truly enjoyed a pleasant restaurant with a Spanish menu...

Massive comfy bed, spacious deluxe room with lounge, friendly staff, complimentary bar fridge, good shower pressure.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

No bath, horrible shower curtin, TV too small for room - the text didn't fit on the screen ie couldn't read subtitles on movies, walls paper thin, could hear people in adjacent rooms and we were woken early every morning by people moving around outside,

Quite location but readily accessible.Conference Centre set up was great - top class! Surrounds are very attractive and tranquil.

Extremely slow and inefficient bar staff on Friday afternoon/evening! In view of the Conference timing, I think we could have scheduled breakfast for those guest attending conference a little earlier!

Lovely location, clean room, spacious for a family of three adults. Shared kitchen facilities were a great bonus. Natural setting with beautiful trees and birds. Efficient and welcoming reception staff. Will definitely stay again. Looking forward to redeeming our Loyalty Card. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

The location was alright and quite close to the main business strip. Though car or mode of transport is essential coz can't go on foot. The services include swimming pool. golf course, massages etc which is very nice.

A lot of things were not nice. (1) The towels were stained (2)There were so many insects and bugs crawling in the room(incl coackroaches and millipedes). (3)they were very very stingy on providing shampoo and soap. So had to use my own shampoo that luckily i packed a spare one of. (4) also very bad in replacing toilet rolls, they only provided 1 semi used roll and that's all. (5) the swimming pool looks huge and pretty on the website, when u get there its more like a kid's size pool. (5) It is definitely overpriced and over rated I believe.

The hotel was reasonably clean and the room was great-sized and newly decorated. Everything met needs, had a such wonderful stay on public holidays. I visited an attached restaurant and appreciated the Chinese meals they offer.

A relaxing stay with great amenities! The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely outdoor seating area. The water pressure in the bathroom was amazing and perfect for a warm shower. I opted out of room service and received a $10 room credit as part of their green initiative. The breakfast was sufficient and the staff were friendly. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel.

Nothing, the room was fair, the restaurant service and food was appalling. I would never recommend to anyone.
