Surprisingly nice room for a motel. Very nice and accommodating staff. Lies on the highway, was ideal for us as a stopover on the way through.

It is located directly on the highway, so you can hear the odd truck driving by at night. But overall it remains within the limits.

The room at The Marco Polo was like a palace, so beautifully decorated and impressive. We felt like royalty during our stay. The owners were incredibly supportive and even helped us with my husband's health issues. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, spotless in every corner. We also loved the quiet atmosphere and the convenient location, close to shops, a chemist, and a lovely restaurant with delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Spent my Christmas here and had a pretty great time. Rooms were clean and spacious, with comfy beds and plenty of power points. Location was key - close to lots of food options and easy access to u-turns on the road. The undercover parking was especially appreciated during the rainy season.

The noise level at night was a bit of an issue. Planes flying overhead could be heard during the day, and the main road made for a noisy night's sleep.

The location was excellent and it was in easy walking distance of the local shopping centre and many takeaway restaurants
