                  Quiet and a great location, we could park just outside of room 107 and the car was in the shade in the morning, hotel was clean; service at the front desk was nice. The staff were extremely courteous, internet worked well and the breakfast layout was varied and delicious.

                  No fresh fruit and no oj was a disappointment, the pool was cloudy and dirty.

                  This location is quieter, the rooms were cleaner and the price was better, quality Inn is very comfortable for sleeping, the lobby itself is warm. The staff are lovely and the breakfast is decent.

                  Best motel in Cottonwood and great Price. Maid service was super, beds were comfortable and the umbrella at the pool was just wire without the fabric.

                  I really liked this quality inn and i regreted not staying longer, staff were amazingly helpful and courteous. Air conditioning worked well, breakfast was adequate.

                  The tv picture was better than in mos other choice hotels, the staff were friendly and helpful, our room was quiet, clean, comfortable. The breakfast bar had a wonderful selection that included something for everyone.
