Stayed for 1 night, the hotel was SIMPLE and fairly clean, it had good location reasonably Close to Most Inner City attractions. Location: the venue was right by the bars and restaurants, the restaurant and decent eateries.

Comfortable and contemporary room with a cozy sofa bed, spacious shower, and a sleek bathroom - perfect for unwinding 😌. The staff here are super friendly and very accommodating.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to the town center and I could easily walk to all the attractions. I felt very comfortable eating in the restaurant alone, and the staff there provided excellent service. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. The room itself was spacious and well-designed, with a sitting area and a dining table. I also enjoyed spending time in the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, where I could relax on the sun loungers. The staff here were amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate my request of staying an extra night. They truly deserve recognition for their great customer service.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Comfort

No bloody hot water same issue as my last trip still not fixed they keep blaiming the system Cold shower with very little water pressure I will not stay at this Inn next business trip

Good breakfast 2 x TV

Single bed in family room needs top mattress replacing. Side has collasped Noise from trucks on road. Trucks stopping at lights and driving up hill kept me awake Light from stairwell shining in around curtain kept room too bright

The staff were very helpful and attentive. You can easily walk to nearby restaurants to enjoy a meal. This is a comfortable place to stay for a city getaway.

- Too expensive for a motel-type stay. - Paperthin walls and a lot of noise from neighbors at night.

Cleanliness,friendly service and the close proximity to town was a definate plus.

Outside traffic noise could, at times be distracting.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The location of the hotel is also a plus, as it is conveniently close to most inner city attractions, local shops, and a shopping centre. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable, with large bathrooms and even a kitchen in the 3-bedroom apartment. Additionally, having breakfast included is a nice touch.

Everything was fine and there is nothing that needs improvement.

Location was good & it was easy to find

We stayed in a 3 br townhouse -advertised as 3 br / 2 bathroom. 2Nd bathroom wasn't a 2nd bathroom, it was in fact a laundry with a toilet. I do not consider this a 2nd bathroom & had I have known would not have booked the room. Feel this was misleading advertising. Also the pictures on the internet of the apartments were not of the actual apartments, as the beds/ coverings didn't look anything like what was actually presented.

I found the reception staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has a very convenient location.

Nothing at all

The room at Quality Hotel was spacious and clean, providing ample comfort during my stay. The hotel's great location made it convenient for exploring the main shopping area and enjoying family friendly restaurants nearby. Despite a few drawbacks, the friendly staff and nice accommodation options made my overall experience enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
