The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish, strongly recommend. Everything was excellent, the hotel was reasonably priced and beautiful. The employees at the venue were very polite. The hotel had a good location right by Minneapolis and the Mall, downtown sites and Denny's restaurant.

Had clean and updated room with 2 queen beds, and I couldn't ask for more. Great and pleasant location, it was adjacent to Minneapolis, restaurants, and the Mall of America. Furthermore, to local stores.

THE STAFF WAS FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE BREAKFAST HELP WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
OUR ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED ON THE FIRST DAY. THE SHOWER HEAD SPRAYED WATER ALL OVER THE BATHROOM AND ON THE LAST DAY THE CEILING ABOVE THE TUB WAS PEELING AND FALLING DOWN.
