Nothing. It is supposed to be in the heart of old Annapolis. It is not. It is at least 20 kilometres from that. Tant amount to false advertising. Our fault we should have known when we saw the price.

This is a dreadful hotel with nothing going for it other than ease of access to the nearby Bay Bridge.
This hotel was hugely disappointing. It is poorly situated for access to Annapolis. The hotel is very noisy. The communal areas of the hotel including all corridors were ludicrously hot. The whole hotel stank of what I imagined to be some sort of toxic cleaning substance. Despite the overwhelming smell our room had only been superficially cleaned. Breakfast was inadequate and unsatisfactory and served in a pokey little room. It is almost certainly the worst hotel I have had the misfortune to stay in.

There was not much I liked. The man at the reception desk at check- in was the only nice thing about the stay. He was very friendly and helpful.
The smell was horrible. I would not believe it was no smoking. The eating area was tiny at breakfast and the food not up to par. The halls and rooms had a bad smell. The bathrooms were not very clean. The sheets were clean and no bugs but not very comfortable mattress. I would not stay there again.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. We were in Annapolis for the Bay Swim, and it was perfect for that. It was also pretty easy to get downtown on back roads. Beds adn pillows were good. That is important to me.
The hotel needs to be updated, and it is not the cleanest hotel that I have stayed in. Highway 50 is noisy, and gets backed up easily.
