  The ony meal i ate inthe hotel was breakfast and that was very good, the staff were very friendly too.

  Room was too hot and the fridge was dirty inside and as I had snacks I cleaded myself.

  Breakfast was good and was overall a good hotel, the bathroom was new All staff were friendly.

  Reception were very unhelpful and to the point of rude we addressed issues, the restaurant was disgusting.

  The entire hotel seemed fresh and clean, very nice staff.

  Room on the main road too noisy, bathroom smelled bad and the morning breakfast was also fairly poor.

  The downstairs/ bar area and staff are pleasant, the place is very big and has many function rooms and the leisure centre is pretty good. Nice bedroom shame about the food, really lovely buffet grub at breakfast and dinner.

  Big shopping centre 5 minute walk away and nightlife a plenty, hotel is very central. The rooms are spacious and clean, the restaurant is newly decorated and looks lovely and food was good too.

  Fantastic value at booked and friendly staff. Rooms clean, spacious and comfortable, breakfast good, not as much choice as we've experienced elswhere. Very helpful receptionist on the evening we arrived, great pool.

  A good quality swimmingpool, staff very helpful and pleasant receptionist. Clean rooms and food basic only bar food available first evening.

  Fitted our price range and mattress bit painful. Unfortunately i'd booked dinner prior to arriving.

  Its location is good, also only about 15 minutes drive away from The Trentham Estate and this hotel is superb and brilliant value for money. The internet is free and is available in rooms as well, the staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient, especially in the restaurant. Pool is very nice.

  Good location parking good staff helpful, free car park for customers hot water and i used to live near the quality hotel. The service was great, room was clean and drinks in the bar was pleasant. The food was fine, the pool/ sauna/gym were really nice and an enjoyable relaxation.
