We took a superior queen room and it had central heating, an electronic key card, and a TV.

It was a pleasant experience staying at this hotel for five nights; the accommodations were modern, soundproof, and included breakfast.

The restaurant served delicious food with great service, and the staff were so helpful. The location was stunning, and being close to the heart of Hafjell made it even better.

Its location relatively near Hafjell Alpine Centre was top. The hotel was close to a theme park and restaurants.

The breakfast here was excellent with plenty of healthy choices and a wide selection of food.

Conveniently early check-in for a family with a toddler. Unexpected breakfast inclusion on first day. Family-friendly environment with enjoyable amenities like swimming pool, children's movie show, and free ice cream. Very happy with the hotel but had to follow the U.s Masters Golf on the labtop as it was not available on television!

Location was very close to Ski center with shuttle buses. Good breakfast buffet with made to order omelets.

Not four stars. Website states restuarant but it is not open in the day; 6pm for dinner so there is no possibility to dine for Lunch, and only a Pizza house nearby. Dinners were expensive for the quality. One evening I had a nice Risotto with sauted vegetables and baby greens on top, but the next night the same dinner came without the vegetables, no baby greens on top and no sauce on the side as the previous night! "Tea" was not available except when there was a conference group at the hotel. The room phones could only call reception: no outside lines even to Oslo. The lobbys are fresh but the rooms were tired, with peeling wallpaper and damaged bathroom cabinets. I wouldn't call it a resort if you can not even have lunch; if perhaps you don't Ski. We cut our stay short and left. Overpriced basic "ski-hotel".

Perfect hotel in a great and easy location in beatyfull nature. Very good breakfast with healthy options for the start of the day.

We enjoyed the convenient parking area, it was a relief to not have to search for a spot, especially during the busy Christmas season. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which was a nice touch and made us feel welcome.- The small indoor swimming pool and sauna were a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of skiing.

The rooms were outdated and had a strange smell upon arrival, which was not a pleasant first impression. The dining experience at the bar area was subpar, although it was more affordable than the hotel restaurant buffet.

I really enjoyed having central heating and an electronic key card in the newly renovated room, the bed was comfortable, and the food was delicious!

The restaurant here was nice with good menu and beers, we both ordered tasty dishes. The bed was super and there were central heating, multi-channel television, and a fridge to use.

Didn't like the area, it was poor.
