Quality Hotel Patrick

The front desk staff were extremely knowledgeable about the area, the hotel rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

TV and baby next door all night being easily audible (perhaps due to the locked inter-connecting door into the next person's room).

Also the price was good, the staff were friendly and recently refurbished so rooms were modern.

Staff was profesional showed me to get to thfe old center, for €55 was great value for price and the room was comfortable.

Very friendly English speaking staff and very cosy rooms.

1)Pas de restaurant, le seul endroit où se restaurer après une longue journée de travail était un petit restaurant antillais qui se trouvait à quelques bonnes 10 minutes de marche et qui offrait une cuisine correcte.

Rooms are clean and didn't have breakfast so can't comment on the food.

Moreover they offer me free breakfast because i faced some problems, we are walkers so was fine to walk to a restuarant for dinner.

Carribean restraurant a good 10 mins walk away which was of Ok quality, no other restaurants around.

To be fair, the hotel was a building site, as the bar and reception were being re-vamped, so maybe its better now.

Gave great recommendations for skiing locations, the stuff were very nice and helpful, the reception staff were very friendly.

Overall a great hotel close to the city center of Grenoble, the reception staff is very nice we stayed just on one night and the rooms are a little bit small.

I liked the staff at the reception very much.

5)Le personnel a mis plus de 15 minutes pour trouver une planche à repasser et encore 5 minutes pour trouver un fer afin que je puisse repasser ma chemise.

LONG way out of the town centre - 10 to 15 min in a car, too long to walk (and the town centre parking in June is a nightmare).

3)Le lobby était correct mais les couloirs avaient l’air de sortir d’un immeuble des années 60 dans les pays de l’est.

8)Ils offraient un parking mais avec très peu de places (pour 6 voitures environ), ce qui m’a obligé à aller me garer dans la rue certains jours.

Without being something excellent I would definately stay there again, nice personnel and o bathroom was spotlessly clean each day.
