  Killarney town and mayflower just off college street, the pool area is big and also has a sauna and a whirlpool, overall, a pleasant stay in a beautiful part of Ireland. Yes the staff are great and the rooms are spacious and clean. The music in the bar is a nice way to finish off the night and the facilities for children are good.

  Leisure centre very friendly plenty of floaties etc for the small kids and great Stay. Lobby area is ideal for kids, the breakfast bar is excellent value in all fairness and in relation to the facilities, again is just OK.

  Staff not overly interested in us at check in and fixtures and fittings, and some of the furniture, are in a poor state of repair.

  Bedrooms were spacious as was living area, the hotel room was too warm and price was great. The staff were very friendly, the receptionist was helpful and the bathroom was a good size and had a very powerful shower. Food was ok, just ok and the pool was ideal for young children.

  The leisure centre needs a bit of a tidy and a few plants etc, great Family Hotel, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and the price was good and 2 nice bars. Food was lovely.

  Great location, fantastic family hotel and all staff members were really pleasant and helpful. The room got very warm overnight and we felt very claustrophobic in.

  The bar was over crowded, the pool was grand, not too busy and plenty of armbands and floats for the kids.

  The place looks fresh and staff friendly. New rooms = excellent, great breakfast and the swimming pool was nice and very warm.

  The hotel was nice enough and staff were fantastic. Bedrooms were fine and on checking in the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

  Pleasant stay in spacious 2 bedroom apartment and friendly staff. Rooms cleaned every day and great facilities.
