The stay here was pleasant for an overnight business trip. The staff was very amiable and the room was functional, brand-new. The hotel's location was handy, near at checkin as well as the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds. The food was good, fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed being here.

There was no elevator which we expected.

The food was delicious with a wide range of options. We stayed for 1 night and loved the room, which was newly remodelled with a garden view. Good location, we need just 10 minutes walk to the bus station.

Staff were very nice helpful at any hour!!

Hotel was brilliant and I appreciated the food there, it was fabulous. Booked a room for services. The location was perfect and fantastic, outside in the town centre with easy access to supermarkets and shops. Apart from that, The Great Churchyard was 5 minutes' drive away.

Its location in Bury St. Edmunds was comfortable, just next door to the restaurant, a roundabout of a major A road and the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds.

There was elevator missing, I was a little disappointed.

The staff were attentive and excellent in case of questions. We got good-sized and brand-new room with a fan, window open, as for instance.

The location was awful; Wi-Fi signal was not good.

Tbh, had a good stay by another four nights. It was exceptionally clean, staff was knowledgeable. The location was particularly good and unbeatable: a supermarket and stores were within walking distance😀

Appetising variety at breakfast. Well-appointed and brand-new hotel units with window open, comfortable beds, good showers. A very quiet area, unbeatable location right by the cathedral, and the town centre.

Comfortable position was an added bonus. Also, such main attraction as United Reformed Church was 3 miles from this hotel. Good breakfast at £9.50, and the staff was amazingly attentive.

Exceptionally comfortable and appealing accommodation with handy setting adjacent to Drinks festival, and the A14 dual carriageway. Very very helpful, incredibly attentive people working here. Good food choices for breakfast.

Had a really lovely stay by another four nights. My breakfast was very very good at £9.50. The location was favourable - very close to the centre, and a cycle path ending up at the Abbey. Also, it was 2 miles from walled garden. I loved the hotel overall.

Magnificent location in the good area, short walk to restaurant and at checkin, a major supermarket, and the garden area. Large units with a fan, comfortable beds, for instance, outstandingly accommodating employees.

Had good service. Ample parking and satisfactory breakfast at £9.50. Great and lovely setting, not far from many shops and pubs and a roundabout of a major A road.

Overall had lovely stay by another four nights. Booked the hotel for its magnificent location adjacent to the A14 dual carriageway, the restaurant and the cathedral. All the employees were excellent and outstandingly accommodating.

The units are good value for money and well-equipped with window open.
