            The rooms were warm enough for this cold, dry, airless city, in the hotel lobby was always a thermos of hot tea and the staff were friendly and helpful and were very good I needed oxygen. Internet worked well enough, breakfast omelette was better than most.

            Location is great, near the main tourist street and the main plaza, this hotel, for the price, has to be hands down the best in Puno, the staff is very courteous and accomodating. Internet is available for free at the reception, all good restaurant and good shopping are just minutes away.

            Great location, very close to calle lima and plaza de armas, inside this city, places like Quelqatani are remarkable. The staff is truly efficient and the rooms are spacious, clean and the bed dressings. The food is decent and the selection is good.
