Lovely hotel, staff were very friendly and worked very hard, the room itself was just ok. The food was very good.

Clean rooms, food very good.

Great value for money, the staff were downright rude and some of the waiters were a bit grumpy. The mini gym was disgusting.

Bathroom clean, food was lovely.

We settled on the Qawra Palace as was quite expensive, the wines available on AI were awful and the outdoor pool was very salty.

The location is good, just a few minutes walk into Bugibba and hotel has own very pleasant cafe for proper tea/coffee etc. The staff are absolutely superb and friendly maids and there is always fresh towls. The rooms are spotless, the food is excellent.

Chambermaids used the toilet and didn't flush, imported wines are very expensive. The indoor pool is disgusting.

Value for money good location beautiful weather suitable for all ages, the hotel is fantastic and the staff are more than helpful and remember you are. Lots of hot water and the maids are the greatest, the choice of food is magnificent. The locals are very friendly.

The location was great for the buses to get you around the island and the other guests in the hotel were really friendly as well. The staff were polite, the room was acceptable and especially waiters were not slow in getting a kids meal for my son. The swiming pool was very dirty paul caruana 77448445.

Good location and friendly hotel staff. Nice little coffee house, definitely worth the money and the rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday. The food was lovely, the inside swimming pool was clean.

The reception were not helpful and did not pass on messages from the rep, broken bulb in standard lamp that was never replaced, towels were very old.

Informal atmosphere and reception staff very helpful. Facilities in room disappointing, snack bar good too and clean towels every day. Prices of drinks reasonable, considerate than any of the British guests.
