Great-sized rooms with twin beds which were later pushed together available. Very helpful and helpful staff interactions.

Besides, the location was favourable for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of an archaeological museum. Pool bar was there.

Sadly, there was no breakfast.

We got a room with a tub. It had good food, helpful staff. The location for Aswan was unbeatable and peaceful, right by Elephantine island, riverside, and the river and the embankment street.

The hotel room was well-equipped and big size with the bathroom and Nile view, for example. The accommodation had a very central location close to everything.

Unfortunately, there was no breakfast.

in the room had a lot of insects (baratas). The air condictioning din't work well. The bathroom light din't work and the hair dryer was broken. The restaurant was open only one night. The exchanges rates was not reliable.

This hotel is perfectly located right along the Nile, in the center of everything. It's great to have restaurants nearby and be able to enjoy the view of the river from the rooms. The rooms themselves are spacious, with twin beds that can be pushed together, and they offer a great view of the Nile as well. The basic amenities are provided, and the breakfast with a view of the Nile is a nice touch.

Breakfast buffet was posted as open at 6 AM. Usually didn't open until 7 or later.

The Pyramisa is a little gem that our families enjoyed very much. the staff was more than willing to make our stay the best, the pool was open all the time, which is nice when doing tours during the day and wanting to cool off/relax in the evening. The breakfast buffet was decent, the restaurant food was decent. What set this place apart for us was the atmosphere of relaxation, and anything we asked for "no problem" When the a/c wasnt working very well, it was taken care of right away. As well, our room had no hot water the first day, fixed for the next day. Our kids stayed in the room beside us,and the whole place felt very safe so we didnt worry at all.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not to the standards maybe we expect for Canadian hotels, but was very much on par with what we found in Egypt, not horribe, just not what we are accustomed to.

The location is unbeatable, right on the Nile Cornish and close to everything. The staff, especially Daniella at reception, were friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a comfortable and cozy room. The pool was a lifesaver in the hot weather. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the restaurant food was tasty.

I did have a burger which was very tasty

Many things. With the exception of two waiters, I found the staff very unfriendly and unhelpful. One of the receptionists was even rude, when I complained that the housekeeping had left my door unlocked/open. The staff in general were ill-prepared, even simple things like getting me a cup of coffee at breakfast was an issue. Ordering a drink from the bar, to be served to me in the lobby, took far too long and I had to go and find the staff. The hotel was not busy at all, only a few other guests, so there is no reason for such tardiness.
