Generally, the place was ideal and had excellent and cooperative staff esp with excellent services n staff. The location was good, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Ioi City Mall.
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

Location: the hotel was really close to the airport, and the nearest mall which is IOI Putrajaya which has a wide range of shopping and dining. I truly enjoyed the room, it was clean and absolutely perfect and included with TV, blocked wash basin and comfortable bed;))

Unique secluded spot was a bonus. Offering iced tea at breakfast instead of hot tea was a nice touch. 🌿

The hotel had a remote location close to IOI shopping mall. Had tea and goodies at Monte Bianco, nestled 1 mi of the venue. I appreciated big and very pretty room complete with blocked wash basin and son's bedroom, for example.
That swimming pool was missing.

The staff at the reception was not serviceminded at our arrival/check- in. Needed to argue to get what was included in our booking. Expected better service at this rate.
