On reflection a really lovely hotel that just needs twicking to give guests the best possible stay and value for money.
The admission is 40 euros per person, per day, although half price for hotel guests.
For a hotel that is decked in white furnishings it really cannot afford to not pay attention to keeping on top of these small but noticeable things.
The beach club itself was grubby with the first thing you see when you arrive is the rubbish bins (a lot can happen in a year), and hotel guests still have to pay to access the club (although at a reduced rate).
Beautiful sandy beach, all the wonderful restaurants nearby and its location is also perfect too - 2 steps from Jaume III.
Very good location, main monuments as the wonderful cathedral and puro Beach Club is very nice.
It is a great location (right in the centre of Palma).
I took a taxi from the Airport and the driver was unsure as to the location of the Puro as it is tucked away up a pedestrianised street.
For example we were not told that you had to book sun beds at the beach bar at the same time as reserving your place in the Hummer, and our taxi to the airport wasn't booked even though we were assured it had been.
Our room was beautiful with a huge bathroom, feathery lights next to the bed and gorgeous finishing touhces.
Our room was fantastic - huge living area, bed and then sliding doors into bathroom.
When we first saw our room we were impressed - moroccon theme bedroom, stairs leading down to a huge bathroom with gigantic bath in the middle of the room.
The bathroom in one of the rooms was up a dangerous flight of wooden stairs and the other even smaller room on the ground floor next to the bar had a very dark bathroom downstairs, where the only mirror, the minibar and the safe were situated.
We ended up going to bed and ordering room service which kind of missed the point of soaking up the atmosphere.
Breakfast, lunch, sunbeds, pool, dinner, bar.
The first day started with breakfast, which was an average selection of food set out on the bar.
Bar were beautiful and breakfast was also great.
Just perfect for a weekend trip to the mediterranean with very chic and stylish rooms and a great restaurant (Opio) and livley cool Bar in House.
The bar & restaurant are clearly the "in spots" in an otherwise tourist class destination.
With the exception of some of the reception staff, the service was poor.
The reception staff greeted us quickly and very very professionally with all the polite manners you could wish on your arrival.

Staff on reception were pleasant and friendly, but very young and not practical or organised.
Roof terrace great - lovely beds and a small plunge pool, with ambient chilled sounds.
On the last day we did experience the hotels roof terrace, which was great for solitude and to cool down in the plunge pool, although it did get rather hot as there was no breeze (compared to the beach club) whatsoever.
Small but enjoyable plunge pool to cool off when heat builds up.
This hotel was the best I have ever stayed in, the staffs here were very attentive and the room was clean and tidy.
