The room was neat and silent for water to go warm - liked it. The location was the best, within a close distance from Ground Zero Monument.

All in all room was tidy and cheap; also provided bathtubs. Very central location next to the centre of kuta and entertainments, it was in a pretty nice area.

The room for water to go warm. The location was favourable, right by Legian night life attraction and public areas, in a fairly nice area. The personnel was supper friendly and incredibly nice.

The staff is incredibly nice here, the services are fantastic, and location is particularly good close enough to the beach, shopping, bars and restaurants and the major clubs and city center. Tidy silent rooms, they are provided with water to go warm as well as air con. A nice touch is also the mixed beverages in the pool bar...

This hotel is a true gem in the heart of the party zone. The location couldn't be better, with clubs and nightclubs right on your doorstep. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms are spacious, with adjustable air conditioning and all the basic amenities you need. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which is more than satisfactory to start off your day.

The staff are attentive and provide excellent service, going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The basic amenities, including air conditioning and warm water in the rooms, are all in good working condition. Additionally, the breakfast selection is varied and satisfying, offering a great start to the day.

I had an amazing time staying at Troppo Zone Puri Rama Resort Kuta. The location was unbeatable, with the main bars and Poppies two just a stone's throw away. Everything I needed was right at my doorstep. The pools and bar were always welcoming, and I loved spending time there. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Located in an exciting area, it was easy to find great places to eat and have a drink. Close to everything, with fabulous dining very close by. The room was basic but cozy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was simple but decent, and the pool was a nice refuge from the heat.

The overall cleanliness wasn't up to par. Some facilities were outdated or in need of repair.

Close to everything you could think of. This hotel is situated in an excellent location - right next to the major clubs. It is also pretty close to Kuta beach. The hotel facilities were great, with 2 fantastic pools and 2 good 8 ball tables. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The hotel had a nice swimming pool and free breakfast that was made to order. The location of the hotel was great, being close to many restaurants and shops. the view from the hotel room was quite pleasant.

The WiFi was only available in public areas, which was inconvenient. The staff was not very helpful and did not seem interested in addressing our concerns.
