I really felt like I got great value for my money at this hotel, the rooms were amazing and the location was perfect - quiet and relaxing. The staff at Puri Mas went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by adding more variety and options.

Super friendly staff, peaceful location with good beginner surf spot nearby, hospitable owner and manager, impressive dinner with dance show, must-try club sandwich at the pool, spacious ocean view suite, beautiful sunsets, great views, will definitely return!

We loved our stay at this oceanfront hotel. The best aspects were the beautiful clean beach right next to the mountain, friendly staff with great service and the delicious breakfast with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Additionally, the location was perfect - close to the harbor for our next journey to Gillis and just a short distance away from the city.

It seems that there is a big difference in comfort between rooms. The room we stayed in, was built in the traditional way which had many inconveniences. 1 - Too noisy, you could hear everything going on around the room including people passing by quite often. 2 - Humid, the sheets were completely soaking at night 3 - Dark, noisy ac and no tv. The breakfast options are poor and the furniture around the sitting area is old which is not very appealing. This hotel could be quite misleading on what they advertise and the reality so make sure you know what room you are booking. Is too expensive for what you get

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this boutique resort. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. The sunset views from the beach were absolutely stunning, and we also enjoyed exploring the tropical gardens nearby. The menu at the restaurant offered a great range of dishes, including some local specialties. Additionally, we appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to nearby areas which allowed us to explore the region.

Although the resort was beautiful and well-maintained, we found that there weren't many attractions or activities in the immediate vicinity. It may be worthwhile to rent a car or take a taxi to explore further afield. Additionally, we found that the breakfast menu was a bit limited in terms of options and portions were on the smaller side. however, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at this resort.

Really tinny room if you take the standard one. really cheap in the toilettery, really old towels. Food is less than average and only the cheapest one. They let the beach seller annoying you. the worst point was the room was really durty.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful also every one want to know you and to talk to you without any kind of interruption

We loved the hotel. Excellent service, breakfast, food, staff, pool, villa! Value for price! Just 5 mins to Singgigi with a taxi.

Ordering food / drinks at the bar, were charged with 5 % Service charge. When paying the final pay, they charged again 10 % Service charge. In total 15% Service charge is very high. SPA was too expensive, compare with the prices in the city.

The private villas were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful gardens and a jacuzzi. The breakfast with a sea view was a great way to start the day, and the staff were polite and helpful.

The prices were exorbitant for the quality of treatment received.

Excellent service provided by staff throughout hotel. Great beachfront location with nice pool and lounge areas. Awesome location to view sunset. Gorgeous gardens throughout the property. Rooms/villas were unique and filled with character. Free one-way hotel shuttle into town once a day. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Not all rooms are created equal. Some are nicer than others.

Nice and clean room for good price

It is not aplace for young couples. We also didn't like the very strong emphasis on the hotel's owner, Mr Marcel...

We recently stayed at this stunning resort for our vacation. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with a pristine volcanic beach and a lush forest backdrop. The villa type rooms were equally impressive, and we were blown away by the owner's collection of art that adorned the property. The staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was evident. The two swimming pools were a great addition, and our room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. We couldn't have asked for a better experience during our time in Ubud.
