The location was perfect, with shops, cafes, and restaurants all within walking distance. We loved being so close to the marina and enjoying the beautiful views of the bay and Melbourne skyline. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, with a mini kitchen, washer/dryer, and a small balcony. The bed was very comfortable, especially after requesting a mattress topper for a softer surface. we had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to friends.

My partner and I booked this apartment solely to relax. It was in a great location with everything in walking distance. The staff were fantastic!!!! Very friendly and a pleasure to talk to!!!! The room was very clean & comfortable. I would definately recommend to anyone who is just wanting to relax and enjoy the surroundings of Williamstown :-)

I guess the only thing that could've improved was that there we no options for in-house movies, however, there were DVD's available to be rented from the reception.

I was attending an event at The Strand, and staying at Punthill made it incredibly convenient. The location was just a couple of doors away, making it a breeze to get there. The room itself was clean, nicely furnished, and quiet. I appreciated the polite and friendly housekeeping staff I encountered in the hallway.

The apartment was spacious, clean and nicely fitted out, the staff were friendly and the location was very convenient for the local shops so getting supplies was easy.

Oddly the balcony had a sceen around it so you had no view, not sure why. There were also a few ants in the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our needs, with a metro stop just a short walk away. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a mini kitchen and a small balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the car park, allowing us to keep our car there until after our late afternoon meeting ended. The staff were very obliging and friendly, and we received prompt and helpful responses to our requests.

This hotel is an excellent choice for families as well.

I liked how neat the place was and the setup. Also liked how clean and modern the room was. I would stay here again if I travelled again.

My only gripe was it did not have a hd tv.

The location on Port Phillip Bay was excellent, with beaches and harbour right there,shops, restaurants etc. Modern decor with all amenities and comfort. Security excellent, felt very safe as a solo traveller.

Sudden noise in the night from equipment that needed repair on the roof, or so the staff told me. The kitchen saucepans were worn out and dirty, despite leaving it out for the daily room service to clean. The main entrance was locked at 8pm, which seemed too early, although access was still possible with a door key. Of the 2 keys provided, one did not work.

This hotel is located in a prime location, right in the heart of a busy street filled with plenty of excellent eateries and boutique shops. Not only that, but it's also just a stone's throw away from the beautiful waterfront and off-street parking is available too.

The rooms can feel stuffy with no aircon in the bedroom and some guests noticed dust at the top of the tiles near the floor level.

It was very central to our Convention. The staff were very helpful, effecient and friendly. We got value for money. However, there was a problem with the heating. The passages were very hot, and the rooms cold at night.

Very poor analogue reception from master TV. Expected LCD, as your promotion said. As an Adelaide football supporter our watching of the preliminary final was spoilt. Being charged $25.00 in order to change booking dates by one day and with plenty of notice

We loved how this hotel was situated in a prime location near the beach and a variety of restaurants, allowing us to explore this beautiful city with ease. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was also impressive, and the parking was easy to access. We appreciated the helpful staff, making our check-in quick and easy.

Nothing all good. This hotel made our stay in the city an enjoyable and comfortable one.
