The location was comfortable - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. In addition, loved to spend time by the lake, it was 20 minutes walk from the hotel.

Large and recently renovated room with sporting facilities and balconies, for example, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Location near a 24 hour supermarket and heaps of restaurants and cafes, the many restaurants, and local train station and lots of eating establishments.

I had a fantastic stay at Davis Avenue Apartments during my recent trip to Melbourne. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean and modern, providing all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The heating system was excellent, keeping me warm even on chilly winter nights. Additionally, the free parking was a great convenience. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Melbourne.

Melbourne and the Southern Cross (Sky Bus) bus connection is easily accessible via the South Yarra Metro Station. Central location.

In the kitchen there was too little cutlery, pots and dishes. Less suitable for regular cooking. Older system draughty in the cold season.

Had a ground floor apartment, quietly located yet central, parking spaces in front of the house. Key deposited in the safe because reception was already closed at 15:00.

Our stay in these serviced apartments exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect - located near a train station and the Route 8 tram stop. We discovered so many shopping streets within walking distance, and the suburb of South Yarra was vibrant and full of character. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was surprisingly decent in size. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors at times.

We did not have any hot water during our stay and when i asked management to fix the problem they did nothing about it

Location Fantastic, Close to Trams, Trains and excellent Cafes and Restaurants. Stayed in Room 18 great size, full kitchen facilities. Only cost $10 in Taxi from City. Close to everything. St Kilda beach short drive or tram ride, which also has fantastic restaurants and cafes. Parking is free.

Parking available but tight corner too get around. We had a small car and had no issues, otherwise there is street parking

The comfort was just sublime, darling. Luxe bed, full kitchen, and the bonus of feeling like I was staying at a friend's while they were away. Perfect!

Oh, how I loved heaving my luggage up the stairs! And let's not forget the delight of washing dishes before using them.

If you enjoy walking it is an ideal location close to good eateries and suited to an hour long stroll along the Yarra into the city centre. There is off-street parking and we found it very quiet overnight.

The bath needs resurfacing to match the quality of the other fittings and the pleasant modern decor.
