Excellent location with easy access to public transportation, close to a variety of great eateries and food shops. It's also within walking distance of the best shopping centre in the area, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The hotel facilities are fantastic, and the friendly staff adds to the overall great experience.

Can't fault the hotel in any way; it's just perfect for a comfortable stay.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a small kitchenette in the room, which was very convenient. The hotel was located in a great area with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The free parking was also a plus, as it saved us some money.

Our stay was ruined by the noisy surroundings. There were loud parties and traffic noise throughout the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The location was convenient, with a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance. They even had a gym that was open during the holidays which was great.

The noise coming from the nearby road was unbearable at night, and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The wifi signal could have been stronger too.

Helpful Staff

Arriving after 9pm there is no night Porter on duty, so you phone a central nighyt dutyn number which issues instructions for securing the key from a hidden combination safe. When we arrived at 2 am we were unaware of this, and spent 30 minutes ringing he bell for the porter, before discovering the correct method to gain late entry. Despite twice informing central reservations of our our late arrivaltime, we were not informed of this system.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, as it is near Chadstone shopping centre and lots of cafes in the area. it's a great spot for those who are in the area for business. Guests can easily access everything in the SE suburbs. The rooms are well-sized, comfortable, and have excellent self-catering kitchen facilities.

Guests should be aware that there may be noise from the surrounding area, especially if your room faces a busy road.

Easy walk to train station and in Melbourne in no time.

I came to there for the business trip and stay 5 nights. The room is clean and confortable. The location nears the Chadstone Shopping Centre and it incl. The supermarket, restaurant and shops. The distance from hotel to Chadstone Shopping Centre by walks only around 10 minutes. It’s very convenient.

The bed is too soft and a wash-basin on the bathroom is too small.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were well-maintained and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips.

This was a very convenient location for shopping and close the Caulfield Racecourse at which the caravan & camping show was. The show was the reason we came to Melbourne.

The room was a little bit cramped and small. I would have liked something a little bit more roomy but in saying that it was very comfortable.

Convenient location, close to Cabrini Hospital. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk to Oakleigh for meals, shops, and train station. Restaurants located at the bottom of the hotel. No road noise in rooms.

We stay at the Punthill every time we go to Melbourne - by choice. We tried Quest and it was great but we love the Punthill - very disappointed on this occasion

My friend and I stayed at Punthill Oakleigh, one of four or five occasions now, over the Christmas period and we were a little disappointed. We were advised on our arrival on the afternoon Friday 23 December there would be no service to the unit three of the four days of our stay. We could request clean towels etc. Our until no. Was 208. We came back to the unit on Christmas night to find the elevator out of service, it was working again around midday on Boxing Day. It went out of service again on Tuesday and was still that way when we departed on Wednesday morning. It was very difficult and dangerous carrying heavy suitcases plus other packages down the stairs to the car. On this occasion we were not happy with the Punthill at Oakleigh
