My recent stay at Punthill was fantastic. The spacious living area and tidy, clean apartment made me feel right at home. The comfortable seating and convenient dining table allowed me to unwind and relax. The location was also great, with plenty of dining options nearby.

While my apartment was quiet, the adjoining apartments did give a sense of lacking privacy. However, this didn't significantly impact my overall stay.

The apartments were just up the road from dfo. Comfy bed and great size rooms.

If you book through Booked.net and want to pay through any other method other than credit card, they expect a $300 deposit in cash. It made checking in difficult as I only had cash and a debit card.

Service was great and it was very close to where I had a function.

I was scared by myself at night in my room. Would have rathered a lock on the door into next room.Also, shower head was shocking and pointed out the shower door.

W did not really explore the facilities of the hotel so cannot comment on these, however, the girl at reception was terrific. Extremely helpful when we turned up early and I believe went out of her way to find a room for us at that time.

The hotel's location is perfect as it is central to everything one could need, from shops to restaurants. You can easily reach the main airports, and there is a tram stop nearby for Moonee Valley racecourse. it is close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the beds are cozy. The bathroom facilities are excellent, and the staff is friendly and always ready to help.

There were some issues with the rooms. For example, kitchens were not well equipped, and the bedding was not always up to standard.

Hi my partner and I have stayed at punt hill essendon grand and enjoyed some shopping at dfo nearby - visited family attended football and had a lovely meal at crown and royal hotel essendon. The staff were most friendly and courteous.We look forward to our return. Recommend..Geelong

It was very central to a lot of things. Restaurants, pub, transport, shops etc.

I loved how convenient the hotel's location was to public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive and I particularly appreciated the secure parking underneath the building. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and provided helpful tips for getting around this city.

The mattress was a little soft but OK Other than that nothing else bad at all

Good location close to the airport and public transport links. The bed was comfortable and the room had basic amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room decor was dated, the carpets were dirty, and the toilet roll holder fell off. The noise level from other rooms was excessive and disruptive, making it difficult to sleep.

The gentleman who was at front of house was excellent. Wonderful customer services and a vibrant personality.
