The awesome location, trains very easy to get to and staff addressed issues quickly - close proximity to cbd.

I liked the comfort & close to the shops & entainment, the location of this hotel is fantastic and the apartments are clean.

Its location is fantastic and the abundance of eating establishments within metres of the place is excellent.

4) When being dropped off or picked up for transfer to the airport by mini-bus, you have to drag or carry all your baggage down Flinders Lane to a more major road (sorry can't recall it's name!

The lady at front desk was very helpful and bed was supremely comfortable.

It is in the heart of Melbourne's busy cafe society, with plenty of cafes for breakfast.

It is very close to Flinders Station, restaurants, cafes, shopping, museums,tram pickup locations.

Punt Hill Flinders Lane was an excellent choice as it was fully self contained, very clean, serviced each day, VERY central to the station, trams and shops and has a 24 Coles Supermarket just around the corner.

The Coles supermarket a short walk away was also very handy for stocking the cupboards & fridge for a few days of essentials (as was the bottle shop/Liquor store for even more essential essentials!

Great location and friendly welcome - excellent reception staff.

Had a modern decor and the staff were freindly and helpfull.

Very very quiet even we were next to the elevator, pleased I made this choice.

2) I would also have liked a pool to swim in for the hot melbourne days but obviously this is an old building so it's understandable that there isn't one.

Furthermore staff friendly and helpful, clean rooms.

Location is fantastic and the two bedroom apartment we booked turned out to be two bedrooms.

This hotel is an old building semi renovated, no follow up from staff as to we managed to get in.
