Rather big room with a good size bathroom. Pleasant, consistently courteous people working here. Wonderful central location, next to the restaurants and shops, Franz Josef has to offer and township.

I had a wonderful stay at a cozy motel near town with a big, comfortable room. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, making sure all my needs were met. The room itself was spacious and inviting, with a private veranda that overlooked a beautiful rainforest view. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the gas log fireplace added a lovely ambiance to the room. The motel's location was perfect, close to town and a great restaurant for dinner. I highly recommend this motel for a fantastic stay.

We had a beautiful room at the edge of the rain forest, wish we were staying longer. Location great to walk to restaurants etc. and very quick drive to Franz-Josef Glacier. Perfect.

I thought the room size was excellent and the facilities were good - tv, bedside lights, heaters in rooms, table and chairs, coffee plunger etc. The reception was helpful and friendly. The location is great, opposite the hot pools and away from the main road. Short walking distance to everything. Very quiet.
I really just want to make a suggestion that you put a vegetable or pasta/rice strainer in kitchen as this is very useful. And the curtains have hems that have come down. Everything else was great.

Booked online and expected a basic motel. Instead, found a suite with modern facilities, clean and modern. Far exceeded expectations. Would recommend!
