Stayed in a villa with own pool, relaxing and comfortable. Clean hotel, nice breakfast buffet with variety. Short walk to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful facilities and gardens.

The hotel created a very good environment. The staff was loyal and the breakfast was great! Big room, comfy bed. Stunning location - 10 mins walk from a bus station.

Worth its 5 stars. Free WiFi was working perfectly. Had breakfast for 228 cny per person per day. Room overlooked the pool.

The design of the resort was really impressive, it had a unique and modern feel to it. The beach bar was a great addition, it was convenient not having to bring money to the beach. The golf cart beach ride was enjoyable and added to the overall resort holiday feeling.

The level of English varied among staff members, especially when calling the Operator. Upon check-in, the staff seemed inexperienced and it took a long time to get our room.

I have booked one of the deluxe villas with private pool. The accomodation was quite good, enjoyed to have a privat pool for my own. The food in common was good and staff was friendly. It is quite nice for relaxing there and get rid of the daily stress.

For a 5 star hotel the service could be better. A lot of staff is not speaking english and in common the service could be more professional.

My husband and I liked the quietness of the resort (aside from a few loud guests) and we enjoyed the beauty and style of it. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was gorgeous and was never very crowded. The American Steak House restaurant was excellent. The resort was very close to the beach and we also enjoyed relaxing there. The rooms were very clean and overall it was peaceful.

We did not care for staff knocking on our door several times a day asking if we wanted things such as 'turn down service' or clothes washed. We had a few issues and it was very difficult to communicate with the staff as they did not know English and were also not very good at Mandarin (my husband can speak it). There wasn't anyone in the resort that really could speak English well enough as you would expect. The buffet dinner was somewhat disappointing and was not what you would expect at an expensive resort. The room, while nice, was also a little less than what we were expecting.

I recently stayed at Pullman in Sanya for a relaxing vacation. The Thai villa was spacious and had a private pool. The staff was excellent, and the breakfast was fantastic. The hotel grounds were beautiful, and the beach was just a short walk away. The housekeeping was top-notch, with nice soaps and lotions provided. The Noodle House restaurant had amazing food. it was a great stay!

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Best beach hotel I ever stayed so far. Comfortable room, nice service, good facilities, private beach In 3-min taxi drive from the hotel you can find many restaurants and a supermarket (near the Crowne plaza hotel).

The hotel had beautiful facilities, with luscious gardens and a well-maintained appearance. The villas looked stunning from the outside. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of Western and Chinese food. The staff were friendly and some spoke English. The room with pool access was convenient, especially for families with children. The hotel provided club cars to take guests to the nearby beach, which was a convenient amenity. the hotel had good cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and staff.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Our balcony had direct access to the swimming pool. Also there is sofa in the balcony.

the hotel has its own beach but the hotel is not in the see side. there are some small golf cars that you take you to the hotel in every 5-10 minutes. it takes less than 5 minutes to go to the beach but anyway the hotel is not in the beach

Enjoyed Easter at a resort with private villas, which offered comfortable rooms with good beds, a nice pool and great cleanliness. The staff provided quality service, including pick-up from the airport and assistance with watersports. The location was perfect, surrounded by tropical trees, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of local and European cuisine.

While the resort was great, certain aspects could be improved. Some of the staff had limited English, with slight misunderstandings causing confusion.

Beautiful villa with private pool, perfect for a romantic escape. The villa had lovely decor and was very clean. The restaurant had delicious food and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the complimentary shuttle to the beach and nearby attractions. Great location close to the ocean and convenient for exploring the city.

Air conditioning was not effective in the bedroom, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. The villa was a bit run down in places and could use some updating.

the hotel is very beautifull even is it is not on the beach (need few minutes with golf-car).

the staff in my opinion is not up to the level... for example I got an upgrade for the room because the type of room that I booked was not available. The second day the evening around 8 pm while I was going out for dinner they stopped me in the lobby and asked me to move in another room of lower level because now was available... not very kind
