                        Excellent service to and from the private beach, better location, everyone in Pullman Sanya were very friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable and the spa was also awesome and the personnel very kind and prepared. The rooms were very clean and overall was peaceful, breakfast was tasty and various.

                        The private beach is not located at the best spot of the bay and two shower areas and separate wc makes quite convenient as well. On a long road full of resort hotel, staff are extremely friendly and towels are provided on the spot for free. The breakfast is nice and has many variety, the hotel’s gym is very good.

                        Great beach and our bathtub had a nice view throughout the room. The American steak house restaurant was excellent and staff were helpful. Our balcony had direct access to the swimming pool and the food in common was good. The Chinese restuarant was the worst.

                        Quiet and calm atmosphere, staff were friendly. Room was very nice and the layout was very good, the Buffet was great for dinner and breakfast, the pool was beautiful, large and clean.

                        Thanks for a great stay and the common pool is well designed for swimmers, is rare staff were very helpful.

                        Beach wow great location for a relaxing holiday, sun sea ahhh and the hotel is set very well, beautiful surrondings and the Hotel itself looked very good. Service is the best, the bathroom is nice and the dinner themes are varied and the breakfast is very filling.
