Lovely lake, fantastic location and value for money justified well.

Restaurant on top of the lake is one of its kind and all more than compensate the not so convenient location.

The quiet lakeside location, new hotel and check in staff was very helpful.

Road signs that makes easy to find, an airport is quite near and the hotel's location is very suitable for a calm.

Very convenient from KL airport only 20 mins transfer and the hotel ambient is superb.

    Very cheap a must for putrajaya city and we mainly liked the warm ambience of the hotel. Excellent service and the luxurious room. Soft pillows and one of the best in Malaysia. Great facilities.

    Taxi fares expensive, bedside wall lamp was loose.

    Enjoy the nice view there and spa is also impressive as to design. Rooms are extremely comfortable.

    We are booked on 27th of May on our trip back & hope for a very much improved service and air condition not working properly n toilet Not clean enough. Meals in restaurant could improve better.

    The environment n view is very nice n relax, the hotel room is huge n clean.

    Spa staff are not very friendly and u provide us such as free extra bed. You dont get anything to eat you are late for breakfast.
