Overall, a perfect stay and service good everywhere. The bed was way comfortable.

The view from our room was poor even we stayed at top level and the wine prices at the restaurant were almost ridiculous.

The furniture very comfortable and the location is good, for visiting Aachen is very convenient as well, in 10 min you are in downtown. Staff is really friendly, the bathroom is big enough en very nice and breakfast buffet is amazing.
