Despite a bit of rain, the staff quickly responded to any issues, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The attentive service and stunning grounds made our vacation truly memorable. We recently had a nice stay at a resort in Da Nang. The location is breathtaking with beautiful views of the lagoon. The staff at the restaurant and bar were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. One of the greatest aspects of the resort was the private plunge pool in our bungalow, which we loved.

The weather during our stay was not great and the bungalow we stayed in had a damp problem. It caused our clothes and bedding to become damp, which was quite inconvenient.

Spent a lovely Xmas at this resort. Was really impressed with the charming staff and their approach to customer service; they provided complimentary champagne and chocolates in the room, which made our stay that extra bit special. The location was ideal for us, just a short stroll from the beach and with some great restaurants nearby. The villa was perfectly clean and had all the amenities we needed, plus the pool was a real bonus. a great experience.

The only downside was that the hotel lacked a bit of atmosphere, it may have been the time of year, but it was relatively quiet, and there were no activities or events organized by the hotel. That being said, it was still a relaxing and peaceful retreat.
