The hotel's location at the mall area is perfect for those who love shopping, as it is situated in the largest shopping complex in the city. The rooms, with their mismatched carpet and mountain view, have a unique charm and offer a comfortable stay. The breakfast, served at the roof top, not only provides delicious food but also offers an amazing view of the surroundings.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location is excellent, being conveniently situated at a strategic shopping mall. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and provided excellent service. Lastly, the rooms, although without windows, were clean and comfortable, with basic amenities like flat-screen TVs. The breakfast, served at the rooftop with an amazing view, was a great start to the day.

All in all, everything was perfectly fine.

Everything you need, including a parking lot and parking spaces. You can also visit city food corner that offers excellent meals. Good choice for city trip in Kota Kinabalu. We appreciated the fact that we chose courtyard hotel 1borneo;))

We had a fantastic stay near the shopping complex. The hotel is located next to a shopping mall where we enjoyed good food and a movie. Transportation was easy to access with a taxi stand at the mall's entrance. Staff was warm and friendly, and we found the room clean and comfortable with great water pressure. Additionally, we appreciated having an iron, kettle, and TV in the room.

I like the morning breakfast because there was variety of food and they prepared good vegetarian noodles for me. Thank you.

The room was room was too small, difficult to move around. The bath room was also too small.

The hotel is conveniently located near the 1Borneo shopping center, making it easy to grab a taxi and head to the airport. It's great being inside the shopping mall, which offers a variety of dining and shopping options. The hotel is in close proximity to other attractions.

I have to say that the room wasn't very clean, and the towels were old and of varying textures.

Overall I enjoyed the stay there as it was a strategic location for shopping, trip to KK town, and also to Mt Kinabalu/Hotspring. Really good and affordable rate. One thing I don't like is the Booked.net service! Booked.net only sent the booking confirmation to the hotel the nite before my arrival when confirmation and booking already been made more than a week ago! This has caused somehow a panic when I called the hotel to confirm and they told me that my name wasn't in the list! Thanks to the hotel staff that verified my booking only at 11pm after receiving your email.

Conveniently located within a shopping mall, making it easy to find everything we needed. The room was clean, air-conditioned, and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The receptionist was helpful and even packed us some cakes for our early morning departure. I would recommend this hotel.

The best thing I like about courtyard hotel is the cleanliness and the luxury interior design of the room.

The rooms are small and not suitable to family with more than 2 children.

- Complimentary daily scheduled shuttle bus to the city centre is provided for your convenience. The hotel is an integral part of 1Borneo Hypermall, the largest mall in Borneo of shopping, leisure and dining choices.

- Do install the double safety locker and water heater at very rooms.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and affordable, allowing you to save some money for shopping at the largest shopping complex in Kota Kinabalu, located right in the hotel. The staff is attentive to detail and provides excellent service, making you feel well taken care of during your stay. The basic amenities like the rooms with 2 twin beds are comfortable and clean, and the flat-screen TV adds a nice touch. The breakfast served at the rooftop with an amazing view is a fantastic way to start your day, especially with the coffee-flavored water.

I've been staying in this hotel on my every trip to KK & I don't see any reason why I should change to others :)
