The location of Puertobahia & Spa is simply stunning, with beautiful views of the beach. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. The pool area is lovely and perfect for relaxation. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right next to the beach and boardwalk. It's also just a short drive away from the train station, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and overlook the sea, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
One aspect that could be improved is the breakfast selection. While there is a wide variety of options, a vegetarian alternative and a wider range of vegetables would have been welcomed.

views of the sea and Cadiz in the distance were spectacular. I slept with the curtain open to see the view when I closed my eyes and woke up. shower with 2 positions: rain that is normal and another one concentrating a relaxing jet. bed was comfortable and room was a good size. I had a minibar with drinks inside at a very good price. spa had good prices but I did not try it as I was only there for one night. It had a good size TV, safe and a good wardrobe. I arrived early and they put my luggage away. place is very flat so it is ideal for older people. hotel has a luxurious hall. bar, restaurant, hairdresser and other services, You look like you're on a cruise ship. There are 3 lifts.. one of them is at a special level for people with reduced mobility and other two are accessible by a rare staircase or ramp,
I hated to leave him, I'd stay there and live. If I had to put a "but" on it, it would be that the table on the terrace is not very stable. And they gave me a bathtub and I understand it because of the great affluence of old people who are more suitable shower trays to avoid falls but it should be possible to choose.

The comfortable beds, the right furniture, the views from the terrace very nice . The very friendly receptionists.
Cleanliness is poor. There was dust from many days at the bedside, on the phone and under the furniture. Many stains on the door frames of the terrace and chair. come out easily when you wipe them with a wet cloth and try a little bit, they pull the curtain and think the stains are gone. They pull the chair up to the desk and think the stains are gone. so they can clean them easily, creates an unpleasant feeling for the customer. considering that the cleaning lady doesn't even knock before entering the room, I don't think they care much about how the customer feels, The shower. hangs from the ceiling. is a battle when you don't want to get your hair wet, because the button that switches the water to the hand shower doesn't work well, jet constantly switches to the ceiling shower, real battle,

Correct hotel, it has totally fulfilled my expectations. nice staff. There wasn't much atmosphere as it was off-season but we still found some good restaurants around and beaches were great.
The shower towels are very small. There is a lot of variety at breakfast but lack of quality (very bad juice, quite regular fruit...) . Although the general experience has been good, I do leave with a regret. We paid extra for the views and we got a room that had them, but they certainly weren't the best. I think that if you pay for it you should get the best (there were many other rooms with more spectacular views) unless all those people had taken this supplement, in which case nothing to say, but I am surprised. I leave with the feeling that they would have given me the same room and saved me the extra 30 euros..

room's bathroom, incredible shower, nice customer service, location at the beach line is great! soundproofed rooms make way for a good rest and cleanliness of 10.
The spa had an excessive amount of chlorine, it is unbearable what burns your eyes, the time waiting from the spa area showers to the jet pool, because the circuit is very short and worse for the high concentration of chlorine you can not breathe well in the enclosed space, you must be in a circuit of 15 minutes to an hour to wait, that the group of children learning to swim end up in the jet pool.I didn't like that because they don't have room service, they don't offer a coffee maker in the room like most hotels in the country, which forces you to always leave the room for water, coffee, etc. The cafeteria is the only space that doesn't maintain the quality of cleaning that the rest of the hotel does.

We had a great time staying near a nature reserve, with fabulous walks in the early morning. Although some small cafe/restaurants were closed at this time of year, we found plenty of options for bars/restaurants in Seville & Córdoba. The room was clean with a balcony offering a fantastic view over the bay. The friendly staff went the extra mile by printing our boarding passes, and the WiFi was good.
The walls were thin, and noise from neighboring rooms was easily heard, especially loud conversations and walking.

The sound of the sea and the view from the balcony. Lovely size swimming pool and proximity to promenade.
Suggest that guests are aware of the location. The signs are very misleading from Puerto de Santa Maria.
