    Clean and pleasant hotel, the Royal has great rates that are often negotiable.

    However the cleanliness in the bathrooms (in rooms)need more attention, the walls had some kind of black stains, like mold which make it looks dirty.

    Wonderful staff and the room simply needed cleaned up.

    It used to be Hotel Cadebia, and after they sold it, they took away many services they had, like the casino and the bar/club.

    Location is Great and the food is very good too.

    The stars are in the service, especially in the front desk.

    Very respectful staff, willing to guide you in anything you need.
