      Good value hotel once you get past check in, the staff are great and restaurant are elegant casual.

      Location is excellent being equidistance between Marbella Old Town and the hotel gardens are really beautiful.

      Nice location, the Hotel Puento Romano for me was by far the best and most of the staff were friendly.

      The bathroom was great too and very cleverly designed so that you can close off the toilet and bidet from the rest of the bathroom.

      Just returned from a wonderful week at Puente Romano, very nice staff here and in our room we had a large TV.

      Furthermore the service is courteous a bit slow, the in-room minibar is very well stocked and robertos restaurant is very good.

      The room was superb, treated ourselves to a gourmet meal at Robertos - was fabulous.

      Service was not bad and we were there to put together a design scheme for a new apartment we had recently purchased about a mile away.

      Rooms are also very clean and big, the main restaurant is good for breakfast, the three pools are great too.

      Very comfortable room, really large bathrobes and restaurant our excellent included buffet breakfast was served.

      Complimentary velvet slippers, large fluffy towels and booked us meals at several good restaurants.

      The restaurants are very nice and the facilities are absolutely fantastic.

      The staff are efficient and helpful, the restaurants are lovely.

      The staff at this hotel was excellent including the concierge service and the balcony was very private.

        Puente Romano was perfect, our room was nice - was apt style in that you had your own door and the pool areas were comfortable. Visited the historic region around and the reception was good - moderate. Bathroom were gorgeous and free wireless access was a big plus. The breakfast was superb and the concierge was friendly.

        Very good position, perfect to park and the pool on the beach is exquisite. Atmosphere is great, as well as price range surprisingly and the staff are very nice and helpful. Bathrooms are spacious and most beautiful bars i have ever had a drink in.

        Water sports available on the private beach and nice position. Fantastic - must stay again, in a recently renovated building and an excellent off-season rate. Polite staff, fabulous concierge at PR and check-out is very efficient. Rooms are large, breakfast is good and the gardens are very well maintained.

        The pool at the beach club is the best, location is also good and the complex of the hotel is quite breathtakingly beautiful. Staff are excellent and each has a small balcony is walled and private. Food is nice enough and the gardens are gorgeous.

        Buffet on the beach was good, the location was perfect - walking distance from both Marbella and the hotel staff were all very accomodating. Service was not bad and we were there to put together a design scheme for a new apartment we had recently purchased about a mile away. The coffee there was the best I have ever tasted and dinner were very beautiful as well.

        The receptionist was not too friendly and the pools were filthy.

        Attractive pool areas, superb hotel and the staff were very friendly very helpful is so important to us. Rooms are fine and i thought that Roberto's buffet lunch is an excellent experience as is the tennis club. The gardens are nice.

        Great location, this hotel has surpassed my high expectations and the staff are very courteous. Moreover the rooms are reasonable I probably wouldn't rate them 5 and the buffet at lunch is very good. Consisting of around 30 small accomodation blocks set in nice gardens.

        The site is fabulous and all of the restaurants at the hotel have a great menu in fact. Service is excellent, the rooms are spacious and breakfast is very good. The gardens are wonderful.
