Hotel Providencia Santiago - 圣地亚哥

The location is excellent: close to public transportation, shopping malls and other main attractions.

All in all, we loved the Providencia PanAmericana and couldn't have asked for a better hotel or location during our stay in Santiago.

Good location for the metro and the hotel sits on a very quiet.

They held our bags after check out and we returned an hour before we needed to leave for the airport.

Roughly 20 min drive from the airport, off peak.

The bathroom had a shower/tub combo with a single sink and hairdryer.

In view of the state of the bedroom I was decidedly uneasy eating in the dining room!

This hotel needs some serious cleaning redecorating in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Although the hotel has air conditioning, it didnt seem to work, and we had to rely on a fan in the room which helped, but was not enough to make the stay comfortable.

There was air-conditioning, which was necessary in the mid-90 degree heat, though it was barely adequate to make the room just less hot, rather than cool.

It has a nice restaurant where we enjoyed excellent food: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinners; it also has a nice swimming pool which is great for the hot summer times in Santiago.

Good bar snacks available one evening we returned late, fine restaurants and reasonable facilities.

Breakfast was included with the room - a small buffet in the restaurant.

Breakfast was acceptable except the backs of the chairs in the dining room were filthy with dust and some had ingrained food.

The restaurant is not particularly good, but there are many excellent places to eat within walking distance.

The reception area was quite good, rooms were fine - dated decor and the staff were very helpful.

Helpful during our stay, the staff spoke excellent English and the employees were all friendly.

Now on the service: I booked a tour but the following day I was not sure when my meeting would end.

The front desk man told my friend the time and then when we pointed out that his time was different from that of the brochure said, The time I told you is the time.

There is a delightful garden and small pool.

The hotel had a small pool in a garden area which was quite a surprise.

The other nice thing was the courtyard with the pool.

The lobby is also very attractive, the Rooms are very clean.

The Rooms are very clean, modern, and relaxing.

Good service, rooms were fine - dated decor but kept clean.
