Biltmore Hotel Providence - 普罗维登斯

The location itself is very close to a mall, in case you forget to pack something.

The building is very charming, the lobby is beautiful and location is not bad -- in contrast to people 've complained about the neighborhood.

While I like the seafood restaurant on the main floor, the vintage decor and the location, it was not worth the overbearingly negative experience to risk it again with several other solid hotels nearby.

Though it also showed the arrivals/departures from the airport.

Having the airport flight listings on there was a nice touch.

The suites are gorgeous with a formal sitting room, a large bath, and a bedroom area with flat screen TVs -- but stay clear of the "Deluxe Rooms.

The suite had two rooms - including a bedroom with two very comfortable queen size beds with a mounted flat screen TV.

The junior suite we had was quite large and had two California king beds but, as I am only 5' 3" it took me a while to get up on to the bed, they are unusually high but very comfortable.

It just seems like an old hotel, and although the lobby has been nicely done and seems quite grand, the hallways and rooms (other than the bed area of the suites) look a bit aged.

We had to change rooms (no sofa bed in the first room we were given) and a porter stayed with us the whole time to help.

We ate at McCormick and Schmicks the restaurant in the hotel for Breakfast,Dinner and after hours at the bar food and service was excellent also.

Had both dinner and breakfast there in the restaurant and both were great, food as well as atmosphere.

Eating breakfast in the hotel restaurant was great.

My room was beautiful, the excellent breakfast they had in the restaurant.

The commented about how wonderfully they were treated, the excellent breakfast they had in the restaurant, and how beautiful and clean their rooms were.

Charm of hotel plus attentive staff and the front desk service is fantastic.

Nice restaurant on-site, historic and very classy, first rate service, excellent concierge and front door services.

But the concierge was nice and helpful and the front desk staff was courteous.

After check-in by the professional front desk staff we found that the in-room fridge we reserved for our child's medicine was not delivered.

The next day, in the elevators, guests were complaining about rooms/cars that weren't ready and the lobby was packed with people waiting to check in; the excuse that was constantly given was that the hotel was hosting several weddings.

I would have liked to use the glass elevator in the lobby, but it wasn't working the weekend we were there.

While the lobby was beautifully decorated, as soon as I stepped off the elevator I felt like I was in a tenement house - metal doors and walls painted prison gray.

The room is clean and good seafood go here.

Our room and the hotel as a whole was clean and beautiful.

We thought the hotel was great - the room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Although the room was small, it appeared clean and was cozy and was in line with the booked.

A walk in- closet made it easy to keep the room clean.
