  Great location, good hotel and pool and Pool bar great,Restaurants,Beach,lobby and Public Bathrooms all excellent. Service overall was good, polite and the room was cleaned and tidied every day. The food was good, and there was a decent selection.

  Great view, nice Hotel and from the staff to the service super. Very clean, spacious rooms, warm towels and the Thai restaurant was very romantic.

  Awesome beach area, very close to downtown, private and the place is clean, courteous service. The bar staff is amazing especially ponce.

  Honestly, 's such an ideal location, great hotel and all the staff were very pleasant. Room was spotless every day we returned and the food was very good also.

  We absolutely loved Isla Mujeres and the staff friendly. We liked the bed and omelette bar, huge spread, good service. Fresh juices and hot pastiries, a little Spanish goes a long way to making new friends, nice pool.

  The souvenirs at some of the shops were a bit overpriced and one night the buffet was closed for a seafood BBQ on the beach. Our elevator was broken for three days.

  The front desk employees were fabulous, the food at all four restaraunts was great.

  Views toward school side were not good, the back of the hotel was right next to a cemetery and balcony also was huge and we never used the Jacuzzi.
