I have spent 15 nights at Studio on Senjska. Close to "everything" on both Riva and in the city. the apartment is well equipped, I did not miss anything! The owner was very service minded and gave extra value to the stay. Thank you! Next time I will come to Split, this will be my alternative one, for sure!

No complains, nothing to change. Everything was excellent!

Right from the moment our booking was confirmed we were treated brilliantly. We were contacted by text to inform us of what to do on arrival. We were then met at the port and taken to the accomodation. We were then met by someone taking care of the appartment who helped book our airport travel. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly / professional and helpful.

Nothing negative about the appartment, it is a residential block but is close enough to the old town not to worry about where you are walking.

Good location - right next to the maim shoping street, 5-10 min to the main port embankmen, 5 min to the old town centre. Clean, fresh.

For old people could be hard to rise on the 4-th floor with luggage

The location is central, 10 minutes stroll from the center of the old town. It takes 15 minutes, to the harbour, along the end of the train track & a gap in the fence leads to you Bavice beach. 8 flights of steps to the 2 bed apartment that sleeps 6, so not suitable for everyone. No problems for us & very good value. Sheets changed after 3 days, recently renovated shower room & loo. All very clean. Brand new utensils & plates/cups etc. Pay in Kuna. A good all round choice for the larger group.

Very friendly landlady. The aparment is very spacious an located in the centre of the town.

It is nearly inpossible to park on the public parking place near to the apartment. In May we have found one parking place in the evening, but I suppose that it was just luck. If you have a lot of luggage, it must be unpleasant.

Great location, near old town. Air condition worked well when outside temperature was 35 Celsius. Very quiet street and house. Excellent for family with young children. Contact person was kind and helpful.

Price was quite high but finally worth of that.

The owner doesn't live there. The address was different from what was listed so it was confusing to get there. Good thing I had a phone with email. 4 flights of stairs to get to apartment. The parking was city street parking but that was fine because if was easy to find free parking . Got very lost getting there.

The hosts are very friendly, although they don't speak English. The aparmtent was clean.

We've booked an apartment in central Split; however, when we arrived, we didn't meet any representative of Apartment Priska, but a very kind man representing Apartments Carminatti. He explained it was the same... By the way, he showed us a very small apartment suburban area of Split but it was too small for four people. Finally, the only option we had was to take the apartment in Vatroslava Lisinskov Ulica; the apartment was located in an old and shanty villa and it was very old style furnished, with old style beds, old style bathroom and it was not possible to use the kitchen. The very last day a reprensetative of apartments Priska came to take the money... We warly recommend you not to book Apartments Priska since they could tell you they don't have a free apartment and they propose you shanty accomodations for the same price!!!!!

We had the apartment in Slobode Ulica-street. Very close to the center and to the beach! Air condition worked perfectly (38degrees outside, 20degrees inside), wi-fi was very fast and easy to get to the notebook. Branka was very kind host and gave great tips about the city, islands and boattrips.You can also pay in Euro! Apartment was in the second floor and an elevator was in the house. Size of the apartment was perfect for 4 people. Dishwasher and washing machine for clothes was perfect! Bring your own tabs and detergent. Balcony was good for smokers.

The floor of the apartment was a bit sandy. Shower tub was broken, but worked. The oven was very dirty inside. We couldn´t use it. There was no coffee-maker or water boiler as promised. Plates and cuttlery were dirty as well. We prefered to wash all we need first. View of the balcony to the parking place, no beach-view... -Otherwise no problems and we liked our stay much!

Good location, 5 min walking from center town, 10 min walking from ferries to Hvar and Brac. Clean rooms.

The dziecka 19 room owner, complained a lot about because we miss check- out time by 10 minutes.

There was a washing machine in the bathroom. the location was convenient.

I don't know if there was an office associated with apt. Priska, but we got to the address on our confirmation email and found no one. I had to call (with my US phone) and the woman called to landlord who showed us the room in the building. the location itself was easy to get too, but a little tiring with backpacks (up a hill, very hot in july). The room was nice, but quite small. The kitchen was useful, but no dishsoap/dish towels was available. The shower door was broken. It was a little pricey for the value.
