Our stay at Hotel Princi I Arberit in Pristine was simply amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They provided us with coffee, water, and drinks at the bar, and even helped us with tasks like printing boarding passes and ordering affordable taxis. They were always friendly and welcoming, treating us like family. We also loved the facilities at the hotel, including the pool, bowling, and sauna. The decor had a charming 80's vibe, adding to our unique and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to visit again. The drain from the bathroom was a mess.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The location, although not in the city center, was easily accessible by a quick and affordable taxi ride. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to assist with any requests or questions.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was if there were more variety of pastries and bread options.

This hotel provided me with a luxurious stay. The spa facilities were outstanding with a beautiful indoor pool and sauna. The massage and Turkish bath were simply amazing. The sun terrace and garden area were lovely with exclusive amenities including an in-room breakfast and poolside snack bar. The leisure/ TV room was great for relaxation.

The location wasn't convenient for those without a car. The hotel was lacking in updating the image and could use a refresh to bring it up to date.

I had a great time at the hotel pretending to use the spa and wellness centre, sipping drinks at the bar, playing billiards and darts, and chatting with the always "hand" staff.

Loved how the nearest airport wasn't actually that near, made the journey so much more exciting!

We spent a delightful weekend at a hotel nestled in a charming hillside villa area. Even though the hotel felt a bit run down, we were blown away by the luxury of having the beautiful pool all to ourselves. It was like having our own private oasis! Although some of the facilities like the bowling hall and cozy bar areas were closed, we didn't mind as we enjoyed the tranquility and solitude. The staff was exceptionally kind and English-speaking, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a peaceful and exclusive pool experience.
