The staff were nice and the area was quiet

rooms too small, bathroom very dated, no bar or dining area , check out too early .

Well situated, good for any central London trip, close to shops and restaurants in Queensway. Excellent breakfast. Helpful and attentive staff. Room a fair size (not as small as some other hotels.

Room is fine for the night, not great if one plans to spend large parts of the day in it (unlikely in London), specially if looking out on the back on the ground floor as mine was. Having said this, I do recommend the hotel, and would definitely stay again.

Very professional staffs, very professional services! Really impressive by the hotle room interior design, and really reasonable price! I will recommend this hotle to all my friends~

I booked the double room, thought they should have the double bed for me and my fiance, however, they use two single beds instead.

The location is perfect, you can get anywhere in London easily and there is an alnight bus which takes you within 5 minutes of the hotel, yet you have the peace and space of hyde park at your doorstep, plus an enormous array of restaurants and pubs a few minutes away. The hotel was clean, beds very comfortable and everything was without exception very clean. Hotel staff were lovely, enormously quick and helpful if we needed anything and very friendly. Breakfast was a cold buffet - always being replenished and we had everything we needed, more in one case.

There really is nothing I didn't like about the hotel, I have saved their information and would definitely stay there again, it would be my first choice for price, location and comfort especially compared to other hotels around hyde park, the prices around knightsbridge and kensington are stratospheric and these areas lack local London life. Yes, this hotel is definitely a find.

The room was extremely small, with just 30cm space between the end of the bed and the little desk. Room was cold and there was no way to actually increase the temperature.

Welcoming staff Cleanliness of rooms Freshness of the refurbished rooms Facilities - tea/coffee, hairdryer etc. Hot water Modern feel (small flat screen TV) Safe and secure Price This was my 4th stay at this hotel and I have today booked my 5th! I travel to London frequently and now I would prefer not to stay anywhere else

Location of Bayswater isn't the easiest to get to/from Central London but this is being REALLY picky

Recently refurbished very nicely.Location perfect for us visiting family close by.Staff friendly and helpful.Breakfast excellent (continental) and fresh fruit salad particularly nice.Good flat-screen tv and channels.Comfortable bed. Fridge and teasmade useful. Room very clean if small. Prices very fair.

Lift unfortunately out of action for 5 days. Council refuse collection very noisy at 4.00 am (why do it so early ?). Some noise from outside (people shouting/laughing) early hours. Recommend earplugs possibly. Car parking nearby expensive (use europarks bayswater road -£15 for 12 hours)

The room was very nicely decorated and warm. The bed was very comfortable indeed! Linen was clean. The location was excellent with views of the nearby square, and an extremely short walk to the tube.

    Clean and good location.

Internet very expensive and really slow.

Fairly good location not too far from main transport routes, friendly and helpful reception staff.

Wi-fi is an extra £8.50 per night. There is no bar or dining facility just B&B. The desk in the room was too low to get your legs under when sitting on the chair provided and was so close to the bed that you couldn't get the chair to it anyway so had to move the desk to the middle of the room. The kettle did not switch itself off and was in a dangerous condition. The lift broke down shortly after I arrived, fortunately I was not in it at the time. The room was small but reasonably clean. This hotel is looking slightly tired in places and could do with re-decorating.
