Princess Hotel Rome - روما

The hotel is in the perfect location for Nogales.

Overall i'd say that by Italian hotel standards, the princess is sound and I would stay there again if I had to, otherwise I would stay closer to the centre as the inconvenient location was the only real problem here.

The location was down a side road off a major road and we did not feel comfortable walking back by ourselves at night.

We saved about 50 Euros by catching the service bus from the Airport instead of getting a Taxi.

As for access to city center Rome without a tour bus, you can either walk to the subway in about 20 minutes along a busy road or take taxis.

First this hotel is 20mins by car from the centre, our room was digusting water damage, in the bedroom and bathroom we had twin beds that were the most uncomfortable I had ever slept in.

This Hotel is very big and quite old fashioned, yet the rooms on first floor have been newly refurbished so there is a brand new bed newly tiled bathroom-shower and the chambermaid was very helpful with the towels ect.

The rooms were very clean and all had had a face lift with air-conditioning, new bathrooms, clean sheets and towels every day and they provided cot beds for our children - more than you could wish for for the price we had paid.

Before my husband and I went to bed, we put the do not disturb sign up on the outside of the room.

Rooms are fully conditioned, our fridge did not work, the bed was confortable enough.

Its ok if you want your hotel to be a base for sleeping and eating (they have a nice restaurant - fairly priced italian cuisine) but I wouldn't recommend to those of you who want to be central or who don't like any noise or disturbance.

Breakfast was adequate, and we were able to take enough from the buffet table to make a picnic lunch.

It was clean, rooms ok with airconditioning, food ok (we only had breakfast but could fill up for the day!

Didn't have a main meal there but breakfast is rather bland.

As the price was reasonable and the Reception staff were friendly.

Most staff are friendly from the reception staff, room is clean and the restaurant downstairs is good.

This Hotel is very big, most staff are friendly from the reception staff and the refurb'd rooms are perfectly fine - clean.

Overall staff were friendly and the receptionist was extremely helpful.

We didn't get a chance to sample the swimming pool- Rome is an amazing city and there was so much to see!

But I would pay more to go closer in and forget about the pool.

The carpets and furniture in the lobby were deeply stained, the food is extremely expensive and the hotel could not be worse located.
